Lever, Inc. is seeking a Growth Engineer focused on SEO, SEM, and AI-driven discovery to generate qualified B2B leads and revenue. You will own the full growth motion, from identifying high-impact opportunities to launching campaigns and optimizing content and landing pages.

The role requires hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, and a strong understanding of Generative Engine Optimization and AI search. You will work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO and SEM experience with measurable outcomes.
• Experience generating B2B leads and pipeline through search/digital channels.
• Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization, AI search, and LLM discovery.
• Ability to translate data into business decisions and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy across SEO, SEM, GEO, and GEM.
• Increase visibility on Google and AI-driven search/discovery platforms.
• Identify high-intent opportunities for cloud, AI, data, FinOps, and tech consulting buyers.
• Own keyword research, intent analysis, and content/search-growth opportunities.
• Run continuous experiments across messaging, keywords, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Build measurement and attribution across the full funnel linking search to revenue.
