Job summary

Paradox is seeking a hands-on Growth/CRO specialist to design, build, and ship experiments that convert more users. You will ideate, copy, design strategy, and launch assets directly, leveraging Claude Code and AI-driven automation every day.

You’ll work on landing pages, funnels, and testing, measuring impact with GA4, Amplitude, and other analytics tools. This remote role offers flexible hours and a culture of rapid iteration, with the possibility to work from our Dubai offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in growth, CRO, or performance marketing with a proven portfolio.
• You ship tests, landing pages, automations, and AI-assisted assets.
• You read data, form hypotheses, and act quickly to improve metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship experiments (CRO & A/B testing) and analyze results.
• Leverage AI daily to create prompts, assets, and lightweight tools.
• Build funnels and assets (landing pages, automations, tracking).
• Hunt friction and ship fixes to improve conversion promptly.
• Read data in GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity to derive insights.
• Contribute to growth loops and cross-team experimentation efforts.
