Lever, Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Manager of Organic Growth & Discovery to lead strategies for growing audiences through SEO, AEO, GEO, and content optimization.

You will identify high-value opportunities by analyzing search behavior, competitive intelligence, and content performance, and translate insights into scalable growth initiatives. This role partners with Editorial, Product, Technology, Analytics and Revenue teams to improve content across traditional search, AI-powered

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, audience development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to grow audiences via organic search and discovery strategies.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, and emerging AI-driven discovery.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations for content and product teams.
• Ability to develop scalable optimization processes, standards, tools, or templates.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Editorial, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across digital content.
• Identify high-value audience opportunities using search behavior and content-performance data.
• Translate opportunities into actionable recommendations for new content and metadata.
• Prioritize content investments based on audience potential and business value.
• Monitor changes in search and discovery platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build scalable content optimization processes and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Editorial to improve content performance while maintaining quality.
• Develop briefs, tools, and templates to scale organic-growth practices.
• Identify underperforming and high-potential content and optimize accordingly.
• Support experimentation with content formats, internal linking, and structure.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to strengthen technical foundations.
• Leverage structured data and taxonomy to improve machine readability and discoverability.
• Establish KPIs for organic visibility, traffic, engagement, and content performance.
