Job summary

Conscious Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Group Reservations Agent to manage group bookings across Conscious Group's hotels, from the first enquiry to the final rooming list and aftersales.

You will prepare tailored proposals, coordinate contracts, payments, and special requests, acting as the main contact for clients and working with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, Reservations and Events teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Fulltime role: 40 hours per week.
• Minimum 1 year in reservations, groups, or similar hospitality role.
• Hospitality is in your DNA and you build relationships with guests and partners.
• Organised, accurate and able to keep multiple bookings running smoothly.
• Proactive with strong ownership.
• Commercially minded, with focus on service.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace and MEWS is a plus.
• Based in Amsterdam or nearby.

Responsibilities

• Manage group bookings across Conscious Group hotels from enquiry to final list.
• Prepare tailored proposals, coordinate contracts and payments.
• Ensure smooth operations and aftersales for each booking.
• Serve as main client contact and collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, Reservations and Events.
• Spot commercial opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

Every great group stay starts long before check-in—and that's where you come in. As our Group Reservations Agent, you'll manage group bookings across all nine Conscious Group hotels, from the first enquiry to the final rooming list and aftersales. You'll prepare tailored proposals, coordinate contracts, payments and special requests, and make sure every booking runs smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients and work closely with our Revenue, Sales, Front Office, Reservations and Events teams to create a seamless guest journey. You know how to keep an overview, stay calm when things get busy and spot commercial opportunities along the way. Whether you're turning an enquiry into a confirmed booking or making sure the final details are perfectly in place, you'll play an important role in creating memorable group stays.

About you!

• You are looking for a fulltime job (40 hours per week);
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations, groups, or a similar hospitality role;
• Hospitality is in your DNA, and building lasting relationships with guests and partners comes naturally to you;
• Organised, accurate and able to keep multiple bookings running smoothly at the same time;
• A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership;
• Commercially minded, with an eye for opportunities while keeping service at the heart of everything you do;
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Speaking Dutch is a strong advantage;
• Experience with Google Workspace and MEWS is a pre;
• An affinity with sustainable hospitality and a genuine interest in contributing to a more sustainable future;
• Living in or near Amsterdam.
