Digital Procurement World (DPW) seeks a Go-To-Market Engineer – US/CA to own growth marketing for the US and Canada from our Amsterdam base, with overlap into US time zones and occasional travel to the US.
You will build and run the growth engine behind DPW New York, using data, experimentation and performance marketing to grow audience, ticket revenue, and sponsorship pipeline. Four+ years in growth roles preferred; strong HubSpot skills; ownership mindset.
At DPW we're looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer – US/CA to join our team.
We are accelerating our growth in the United States and Canada, and we are looking for someone to own the growth marketing strategy for that market.
This is not a campaign execution role. You will build and run the growth engine behind DPW New York, using data, experimentation, automation and performance marketing to grow our audience, drive ticket revenue and generate commercial pipeline.
You will be based in our Amsterdam office, working with overlap into US time zones, with occasional travel to the US.
The US and Canada growth strategy, translating commercial targets into plans for audience growth, ticket sales and sponsorship pipeline.
Paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta and retargeting, with budget ownership against CAC, ROAS and revenue.
Measurement across the full funnel, from first touch through to Closed Won, and the dashboards that make it visible.
Marketing automation and lifecycle journeys in HubSpot, n8n and similar tools, building repeatable growth processes rather than one-off campaigns.
A structured experimentation roadmap across campaigns, landing pages and conversion journeys.
Growth in qualified US registrations for DPW New York, marketing-attributed ticket revenue, and qualified sponsorship pipeline.
Four or more years in growth, demand generation or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, events, media or another high-growth setting.
Hands-on with paid acquisition. You have managed and scaled campaigns yourself, and you own your CAC and ROAS.
Strong with HubSpot: segmentation, automation, lifecycle, attribution and reporting.
Commercially minded. You think in pipeline and revenue, not impressions and clicks.
Entrepreneurial. You are comfortable with ownership, ambiguity and speed, and you help build the playbook rather than wait for one.
A plus, not a requirement: experience acquiring B2B audiences in the US, event marketing, ABM, community-led growth, or procurement and supply chain tech.
Bonus: Experience in event marketing, community-led growth, ABM, procurement/supply chain technology, or scaling a European brand in the US.
