Job summary

DPW in Amsterdam is expanding its growth engine for DPW New York, combining strategy with hands-on execution. You will lead paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta and outbound tools, and build scalable growth systems with automation, AI and experimentation.

You will own marketing operations, including CRM segments, lead routing and attribution, while collaborating with Sales and Data to maximize revenue and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth, demand generation or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on operator who can own growth plans and budgets.
• Proven track record in paid acquisition across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
• Familiar with outbound, AI and automation tools for scalable growth.
• Commercially minded with ability to tie activity to revenue.
• Curious and experimental with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Translate targets into actionable growth plans for US/Canada market expansion.
• Own paid acquisition and budgets across platforms with CAC/ROAS focus.
• Build and operate outbound GTM campaigns using tools for targeting and sequencing.
• Develop marketing automation and growth operations (HubSpot, workflows).
• Own tracking, attribution and reporting across the funnel and revenue impact.
• Lead an experimentation roadmap to optimize conversions and journeys.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Data to scale DPW's growth.
