Digital Procurement World seeks a Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to own the growth engine for the US market, with DPW New York as the primary focus. You will build audience acquisition across paid, owned, and partnerships, and drive pipeline and revenue through data-driven growth strategies.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Sales and Partnerships, build dashboards, and optimize CAC/ROAS while exploring new channels and ABM opportunities for scalable growth in North America.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
• You understand how to acquire and engage US B2B audiences and translate dynamics into campaigns.
• You think beyond impressions to pipeline and revenue contribution.
• You have hands-on experience with paid channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
• You are comfortable with HubSpot for segmentation, automation, attribution, and reporting.
• You enjoy full-funnel thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, retargeting, and emerging channels.
• Manage budgets and optimize spend based on CAC, ROAS, pipeline, and revenue.
• Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and account-based campaigns.
• Create full-funnel campaigns from awareness to registration and revenue.
• Test creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages, offers, and channels to improve performance.
• Build dashboards and ensure accurate tracking across HubSpot, GA, and ad platforms.
• Move DPW toward SaaS-style growth and attribution practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Content, Design, Data, and Leadership.
