Job summary

HeadFirst Group seeks an experienced Program Manager – Global Workforce Solutions to lead and optimise workforce initiatives across the international organisation. You will standardise processes, implement scalable operating models, and drive measurable improvements in service delivery and performance.

You will partner with regional teams and senior leadership to translate strategy into practical programs, manage risks, and ensure adoption of new solutions across regions and business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program, project or workforce solutions management with MSP or contingent workforce experience.
• Proven ability to drive operational change and implement workforce solutions across regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Experience coordinating across multiple countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management of global workforce solution initiatives across regions.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured implementation programs.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, operational and support functions.
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, reporting and performance management frameworks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resistance and escalations across programs.
• Partner with regional teams to embed new workforce solutions and operating models.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across countries.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of ways of working.
• Use data to identify opportunities and increase program scalability.
• Ensure adoption of new processes, services and operating models; manage suppliers and partners.
