Job summary

Our Client is seeking a Manager, HR Applications to lead its HR technology landscape and shape the strategy around SAP SuccessFactors. This remote role spans Europe, the Middle East and Africa, partnering with HR and IT leaders to drive a global HRIS environment and deliver transformational programs.

You will head a specialist HRIS team, govern budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure compliant data, security and privacy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in HR Applications, HRIS, or HR Technology.
• Proven leadership of HRIS or Applications teams.
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge; Employee Central cert advantageous.
• Hands-on SAP Payroll experience.
• Experience delivering HR systems projects and roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior HR leaders.
• Experience managing vendors and support services.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the HR systems strategy and roadmap with Global HR.
• Lead the HRIS team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage support, maintenance, upgrades, and optimisation of HR apps.
• Drive HR technology projects, enhancements, implementations.
• Collaborate with IT to deliver HR integrations with other systems.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, budgets.
• Ensure security, privacy, and HR governance compliance.
• Support data integrity, system administration, user access, and training.
• Build relationships with senior HR leaders and global stakeholders.
