Job summary

HeadFirst Group is seeking a Program Manager – Global Workforce Solutions to lead cross-regional workforce initiatives and optimize operating models across our international organization.

You will drive strategic transformation, align stakeholders, and implement scalable solutions in MSP and contingent workforce contexts, delivering measurable improvements in service delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program, project, or workforce solutions management.
• Proven operational change and transformation experience.
• Significant MSP/contingent workforce exposure.
• Strong understanding of workforce tech and service delivery models.
• Experience implementing or transforming workforce processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management of global workforce solution initiatives, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured implementation programs.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, operational, and support functions.
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resistance, and escalations.
• Partner with regional teams to implement and embed new workforce solutions, processes, and operating models.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in multiple countries.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of work processes.
• Use operational and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement, support decision-making, and increase program scalability.
• Ensure the successful adoption of new processes, services, and operating models.
• Manage and optimize relationships with workforce solution providers, suppliers, and service partners, ensuring performance, service quality, and commercial value
