Job summary

HR Path Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to lead functional areas, drive scope, and deliver Workday solutions for our global client base.

You will build relationships with customers, implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday HCM solutions, and mentor junior consultants while participating in pre-sales activities. Some travel to client sites and global events is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management and Workday practices.
• Experience delivering HRIS projects for global clients.
• Ability to translate requirements into configuration options.
• StrongStakeholder management and workshop leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional areas and drive scope, definition and delivery of Workday solutions.
• Build relationships with customers to understand needs and ensure fit-for-purpose implementations.
• Coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
• Participate in every phase of Workday HCM implementation from offer to production support.
