Job summary

Workwize, Amsterdam-based, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our People Team. You will own the people agenda for multiple departments and co-own at least one company-wide initiative.

You will shape decisions on org design and workforce planning, partnering with leaders to drive scalable People programs. Our leaders require someone who can bring structure to fast-scaling teams, manage complex employee relations, and push back when necessary to protect the business.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to coach managers and improve leadership effectiveness.
• End-to-end employee relations handling with compliant outcomes.
• Ability to use people data to drive business decisions.
• Leading company-wide People programs and adoption across teams.
• Manage competing priorities with structure and pace.
• Push back on leaders when decisions are heading in the wrong direction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads on organization design, workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement.
• Coach managers to improve leadership effectiveness.
• Own employee relations from medium-complexity cases through sensitive exits and compliance matters.
• Lead company-wide People initiatives and ensure adoption within departments.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy, leveling, and quality.
• Partner with People Ops on lifecycle execution and feedback loops.
• Turn people data into decisions with clear recommendations for leaders.
• Act as the feedback loop between the business and the People function.
