Job summary

Van Caem Klerks Group, an international trading company headquartered in Amsterdam with offices worldwide, is seeking a Trade Support Specialist to join a fast-paced team. The role focuses on entering import orders, coordinating with traders and warehouses, and overseeing logistics from planning international transport to stock checks.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, have related experience, and reside in the Netherlands (Amsterdam area).

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Experience in trade support, logistics, or related field is a plus.
• Understanding of trade operations, supply chain management, and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of import & export documentation, and Incoterms is a plus.
• Strong decision‑making skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate within a team while also working independently when needed.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and act proactively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Residing in the Netherlands, ideally in the Amsterdam area.
• Experience with Navision/Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter import orders in Navision and process orders.
• Coordinate with Traders, suppliers, and warehouses.
• Manage logistics and plan international transport (air and sea freight).
• Check and assign stock and ensure timely delivery.
• Work on-site daily with a high degree of teamwork.
