Job summary

Qualifications

• Residing in the Netherlands, ideally in the Amsterdam area.

Responsibilities

Van Caem Klerks Group buys and sells A-branded goods in a variety of different categories, namely: Liquor, Fragrance, and FMCG (Toiletries, Food and Professional Haircare). We are a service-oriented company with over 50 years of experience in the import/export industry. Our head office is in the heart of Amsterdam, with our international office in Curacao. We have 2 of our own warehouses strategically placed near the Port of Rotterdam which helps us provide the best and most efficient service.

We are seeking a Trade Support Specialist to be part of our fast-paced team!

As a Trade Support Specialist, your main duties include entering import orders in Navision, processing orders, and coordinating with Traders, suppliers, and warehouses. You play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. You'll also manage logistics, overseeing tasks like planning international transport, air, and sea freight, as well as checking and assigning stock. This position also involves working in the office every day, as extensive teamwork is required for the tasks.
