Job summary

Van Caem Klerks Group in Amsterdam is seeking an International Trader to grow our global business. You will identify new suppliers and customers, negotiate deals, and manage relationships with existing partners while travelling to meet clients and attend trade fairs.

The role requires English fluency, preferably additional languages, a relevant degree, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% of time.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in commercial/sales management or related field.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced multicultural setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
• Valid driver’s license (B category).
• Residence in the Netherlands, preferably Amsterdam area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow business opportunities by finding new suppliers and customers.
• Increase sales by managing relationships and negotiations with existing partners.
• Negotiate deals and manage financial and account information for suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate purchase and sales orders with Trade Support colleagues.
• Travel frequently to meet clients and attend trade fairs.
