Job summary

STRADE AG. in Amsterdam is seeking a Logistics Services Specialist to support fast, accurate inbound and outbound logistics. You will receive shipments, prepare and dispatch, manage documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners using AvSight and ERP systems.

The role requires experience in logistics or warehousing, strong Excel and communications skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call duty in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or similar.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and on-call.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments and report discrepancies.
• Prepare shipments with labeling, palletizing and dispatch.
• Manage shipping documentation, including import/export checks.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Register data in AvSight system.
• Pick and pack orders accurately per customer specs.
• Report operational issues and damages promptly.
• Move assets safely using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Maintain quality standards with the Quality department.
• Work in rotating shifts including weekends and on-call duty.
