Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in logistics or related majors.
• Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Familiar with Incoterms and customs declaration processes.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PPT; ERP experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with international logistics internship experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Process import/export documentation and inspections.
• Monitor daily international express shipments and report abnormalities promptly.
• Sort and archive logistics documents into ERP for accuracy.
• Monthly freight data statistics and OA applications.
• Maintain daily operation and order registration in ledger and systems.
