Job summary

Van Caem Klerks Group in Amsterdam is expanding its international trading team and seeks an International Trader. You will identify and grow business opportunities, negotiate with suppliers and customers, and manage orders and accounts across regions.

The role requires frequent travel to meet clients and attend trade fairs. Fluent English and French are essential, a bachelor's degree in commercial or sales management is required, and you should thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French is required.
• Bachelor's degree in commercial/sales management or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
• Possession of a valid 'B' category driver's license.
• Residing in the Netherlands, preferably Amsterdam area.

Responsibilities

• Find and grow business opportunities; increase sales by sourcing new suppliers and customers and managing relationships.
• Negotiate sales with suppliers and customers and handle financial/account information.
• Manage purchase and sales orders in collaboration with Trade Support.
• Travel to meet clients and attend trade fairs.
