Rituals in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager Global Total Rewards to translate European pay legislation into practical, fair reward practices and ensure lasting impact. You will own CSRD pay reporting and EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, design governance, and co-lead the global salary and performance review cycle across countries.

As part of the Global Rewards team, you will partner with HR, Finance and senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights and policy guidance that

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or international reward roles.
• Experience delivering global reward projects and cross-country policies.
• Expertise in pay transparency, CSRD, and pay reporting.
• Ability to translate complex regulation into practical guidance.

Mansioni

• Deliver CSRD pay reporting definitions, data quality and analysis.
• Support EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation with Legal and HR teams.
• Contribute to the design of a global recognition programme and rollout.
• Redesign variable pay with market insight and clear guidelines.
• Lead benchmarking for global salary reviews and communicate results.
• Maintain reward policies and update documentation as needed.
• Prepare data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop policy documents and easy-to-use guidelines for managers.
• Support adoption of new reward initiatives through clear communication.
