Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Senior lead Global Total Rewards to translate pay legislation into fair reward practices, owning CSRD pay reporting and EU Pay Transparency implementation. You will co-lead global salary and performance reviews, shaping the reward roadmap across multiple countries.

You will work with the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits and act as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance and senior leadership, driving data-driven decisions and transparent pay governance.

Qualifications

• Deliver CSRD pay reporting and ensure data quality
• Support EU pay transparency implementation and embed in ways of working
• Design and rollout global recognition programmes
• Provide market insight for variable pay redesign
• Lead benchmarking for global salary reviews and execution
• Maintain policies and documentation behind reward decisions
• Prepare data-driven recommendations for senior leadership
• Develop policy documents and guidelines for ease of use
• Advise on adoption of new reward initiatives through clear communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver our CSRD pay reporting: definitions, data quality, analysis, and timely delivery
• Support the EUPTD implementation and embed it in our ways of working with HR and Legal
• Contribute to the design of our global recognition programme and its rollout
• Contribute to redesign of our variable pay with market insight and analysis
• Run benchmarking for the global salary review and support the process
• Maintain the policies, guidelines and documentation behind reward decisions
• Deliver total reward statements with cross-country data alignment
• Prepare clear, data-driven recommendations for senior leadership
• Develop policy documents and guidelines used by managers and employees
• Support adoption of new reward initiatives through clear communication
