DataSnipper is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey from onboarding to long-term value. You will build trusted partnerships with executives and teams across audit and finance, driving adoption of DataSnipper’s AI-powered Excel solutions.

Based in the Netherlands, this hybrid role offers collaboration with global teams, a clear path to growth, and a focus on measurable outcomes and customer ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French (written and spoken).
• Hands-on audit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Trusted Advisor to key stakeholders guiding business transformation.
• Drive measurable efficiency gains, cost savings and quality improvements.
• Deliver strategic consultative solutions tailored to each customer.
• Champion product adoption and value realization through training and reviews.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Solutions teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support ROI demonstrations.
• Oversee onboarding, AI configuration and workflow customization.
• Lead strategic engagements and success plan development.
• Monitor health metrics, usage, and retention risks.
