Job summary

ASM International in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced L&D professional to shape learning strategies and development programs across the organization.

You will design multi-modal pathways, onboard external content providers, craft learner-centric experiences, contribute to job architecture and career progression, and help launch a Digital Academy, using analytics to drive impact. Fluency in English and 3–5 years in L&D are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, HR Development, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in L&D, Talent, or Culture roles in organizations with a mature, well-embedded learning culture.
• Hands-on experience with digital learning design and e-learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
• Experience with external vendors/content platforms (Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning).
• Strong project management and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and rollout multi-modal learning pathways.
• Onboard and adopt external content providers (Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning).
• Design learner-centric experiences using e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.
• Contribute to job architecture and career progression frameworks.
• Help launch and scale the Digital Academy and coordinate content journeys.
• Apply learning analytics to track engagement and measure impact.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to implement learning initiatives.
