Job summary

Arvato Netherlands offers a graduation internship focused on talent management and succession readiness. You will explore how to optimize current processes and provide concrete, actionable recommendations that strengthen HR and L&D strategy.

You will join the L&D team, collaborate with HR Advisory and stakeholders across the organization, and document insights to support global and local implementation. English fluency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor (HBO) degree in HRM, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seeking a graduation internship / thesis internship.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently, but also function well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Investigate how to optimize talent management and succession readiness at Arvato.
• Develop concrete, actionable recommendations for HR and L&D strategy.
• Carry out graduation research as main activity with room to shape the internship.
