Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Amsterdam seeks a Global Employee Development Manager to shape enterprise-wide learning solutions that enable our business strategy. You will define the learning ecosystem, identify needs with HR and leaders, and design onboarding and capability-building programs that are scalable and learner-centric.

You will drive adoption by embedding development into talent processes and manage learning partners, governance, and analytics to ensure audit-ready data and impact.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Learning & Development within a global environment.
• Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Proven expertise in learning need analysis, instructional design, learning technologies, and competency frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate priorities into development solutions.
• Excellent project and change management skills with stakeholder influence.
• Data-driven with growth mindset and passion for learning technology.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the global learning ecosystem and infrastructure.
• Identify enterprise learning needs with HR and business leaders.
• Design onboarding, capability-building, and development programs.
• Drive adoption by embedding development into talent, performance, and leadership processes.
• Manage strategic learning partners and vendors with governance and budget alignment.
• Shape and maintain learning governance, compliance, and reporting with dashboards.
