Job summary

MSD Netherlands in Boxmeer seeks a Learning & Development Lead (Manufacturing) to shape and execute the local learning strategy. You will lead a team of 4 L&D professionals, partner with site leadership and Global L&D, and drive performance through targeted learning solutions that support GMP and Lean Six Sigma practices.

You will work closely with site leaders and external partners, delivering training, standardizing processes, and advancing digitalization across the learning function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HRM, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration).
• Experience designing strategies that align with business objectives in a complex setting.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Shape the learning strategy for the site and translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Serve as strategic learning partner to Senior Leadership and position L&D as a lever for the Manufacturing of the Future.
• Lead and mentor a site L&D team of 4 professionals and set measurable outcomes.
• Align site initiatives with Global Learning & Development and localize global programs.
• Drive automation and digitalization of learning processes to improve efficiency and learner experience.
