Job summary

aNewSpring in Rotterdam is seeking a project manager to run customer initiatives in Training Optimisation. You will own projects from start to finish, keeping scope, timeline and investment aligned while turning a healthy pipeline into signed work.

You will be the single point of contact for customers, coordinate learning specialists and external partners, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Dutch and English fluency are essential; on-site work in Rotterdam is expected.

Qualifications

• From L&D or EdTech background with knowledge of learning design
• Experience running client projects to scope, timeline and budget
• Commercial instinct and comfort working close to sales
• Calm under pressure with clear stance on scope in fast-moving environments
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Run projects from start to finish as the single customer contact
• Own the delivery process gate by gate: scope, deliverables, build, sign-off
• Protect scope by tying changes back to scope, timeline and investment
• Coordinate learning specialists and external partners to deliver as agreed
• Safeguard quality with checkpoints before delivery to customer
• Manage risk by forecasting issues and proposing mitigations
• Report regularly on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps
• Spot and nurture opportunities with account managers to move pipeline
• Work with Sales and SDR to support lead generation and co-selling around learning design
