JDE Peet’s in Amsterdam invites you to join as a Global Talent Intern, gaining hands-on experience in talent management within an international environment. You’ll analyze data, support events, and contribute to the Global Management Trainee Program, while helping maintain LMS trainings and annual reporting.

Work 4–5 days a week, with three days in-office and one to two days remote, for a 6-month period from February 2027 to July 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent English proficiency.
• Structured, driven, with excellent communication and people skills.

Join us as a Global Talent Intern at our international headquarters in Amsterdam. In this working internship, you will enhance your understanding of talent management practices in international organisations and learn how to best foster people development within a diverse cultural context.

Your key activities will be:

• Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives, provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint and Canva) for updates and decision making purposes
• Organise and coordinate events & initiatives, connect with suppliers, manage the contracting and invoicing process
• Support Global Management Trainee Program management
• Organise Learning & Development trainings, keep them up-to-date in our Learning Management System (LMS) and analyse data to support our annual reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects from various team to streamline talent processes and enhance the employee experience
• Support communication around talent projects by drafting communication materials and visuals

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
• Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from February 2027to July2027.
• Availability: You can join the internship for 4-5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.
