Job summary

JDE Peet's in Amsterdam is offering a Global Talent Intern opportunity at our international headquarters. This working internship provides hands-on exposure to talent management and people development within a diverse cultural context.

Join us for a 6-month program from February 2027 to July 2027, with 3 days in-office and 1–2 days remote (4–5 days per week). Fluent English and solid MS Office skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the duration of the internship.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent English.
• Structured, driven, with excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to commit at least 6 months (Feb 2027–Jul 2027).
• Availability: 4–5 days per week, 3 days in-office and 1–2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and create visual reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
• Organise events & initiatives; coordinate with suppliers; handle contracting and invoicing.
• Support Global Management Trainee Program management.
• Organise Learning & Development trainings; maintain LMS data for reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to streamline talent processes.
• Draft communications materials and visuals to support talent projects.

Job Description

Join us as a Global Talent Intern at our international headquarters in Amsterdam. In this working internship, you will enhance your understanding of talent management practices in international organisations and learn how to best foster people development within a diverse cultural context.

Your key activities will be:

• Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives, provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint and Canva) for updates and decision making purposes
• Organise and coordinate events & initiatives, connect with suppliers, manage the contracting and invoicing process
• Support Global Management Trainee Program management
• Organise Learning & Development trainings, keep them up-to-date in our Learning Management System (LMS) and analyse data to support our annual reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects from various team to streamline talent processes and enhance the employee experience
• Support communication around talent projects by drafting communication materials and visuals

Qualifications

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
• Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from February 2027 to July 2027.
• Availability: You can join the internship for 4-5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.
