Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Global Talent Intern at our Amsterdam headquarters. You will gain exposure to talent management in an international organisation, helping foster people development within a diverse cultural context.

Your tasks include data collection and analysis (Excel), reporting and visuals (PowerPoint/Canva), coordinating events, supporting the Global Management Trainee Program, managing LMS trainings, and contributing to improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the internship duration in HR/Business or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Structured, proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Available for at least 6 months, 4–5 days per week (3 days in-office, 1–2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives; provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint/Canva).
• Organise and coordinate events and initiatives; connect with suppliers and manage contracts/invoices.
• Support Global Management Trainee Program management.
• Organise Learning & Development trainings; keep LMS up-to-date and analyse data for annual reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to streamline talent processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Draft communication materials and visuals to support talent projects.
