Job summary

Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers an outstanding learning internship in Global Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will lead the recruitment of the next cohort of interns, support in recruitment of full-time positions, university events, onboarding and engagement of employees.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with senior leaders, gain real business exposure, and develop skills in DEI, project ownership, and stakeholder management, all within a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

  • Master, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management.
  • You should have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must.
  • You are enrolled at a university for the entire internship duration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end the recruitment process: internships postings, screening, interviews coordination, onboarding
  • Sustaining our DE&I principles in your TA daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers.
  • Supporting the roll-out of L&D plans and other initiatives in this area (i.e. Mentorship programs, Psychological Safety journey, etc.).
  • Participating in the learning needs analysis and carrying on population analysis to target learning and development initiatives.
  • Actively participating in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.

The position

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying at a university in the Netherlands). Kraft Heinz does not provide a working permit for this internship.

What we offer you:
  • Program start date: January/February 2026
  • Duration: 6-6.5 months
  • Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Location: Amsterdam, hybrid
  • Hybrid position - you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
