Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is offering a 6-month internship in the External Manufacturing team for a Bachelor or Master student. You will support day-to-day activities, prepare Excel files, and assist in contract management using AREBA while collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, logistics, demand planning and finance.

You will analyze data in Excel, build dashboards, and participate in projects to gain hands-on experience and real responsibility in a dynamic food company.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • Preferably studying Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration; other backgrounds accepted.
  • Strong English written and spoken skills; analytical and communicative.

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in our External Manufacturing team at Kraft Heinz. In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the External manufacturing team with day-to-day activities such as preparing excel files, as well as with ad-hoc activities
  • Support in contract management tasks using AREBA
  • Cooperating with many different stakeholders within Kraft Heinz, such as marketing, logistics, demand planners, finance and many more in exciting projects and initiatives.
  • Analyzing data sets in Excel to make sure that everything is going accordingly and locate potential issues
  • Participate in projects initiated by the External Manufacturing department similar to a junior buyer role.
  • And many more activities that give you valuable work experience and real responsibility during your 6-month internship!
Qualifications
  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are at the end of your Bachelor, or in your Master’s degree: Preferably in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, however, other backgrounds are also acceptable
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • You are eager to learn, analytical, a problem solver, independent, flexible with change and a good communicator (you will be working with various stakeholders).
  • You have a clear line of thinking when building up a business case.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (building dashboards, /Vlookup, pivot tables, graphs based on pivot tables).
