Job summary

MegaGroup Trade Holding is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to guide daily planning and a 5‑person team in the Netherlands. You will balance supplier management, replenishment, and inventory planning with cross‑functional collaboration to ensure product availability and resilient supply chains.

You will translate forecasts into actionable plans, improve replenishment flows, and support S&OP processes across a fast‑growing international organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Several years in Supply Chain Planning or similar roles.
• Experience coaching or leading colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques and inventory mgmt.
• Data-driven, analytical, and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily planning operations and mentor a 5 FTE team in NL.
• Manage supplier portfolio, replenishment, and inventory planning.
• Translate demand forecasts into robust supply plans and mitigate risks.
• Optimize inventory levels and replenishment across warehouses.
• Drive S&OP support and lead continuous improvement in planning.
