Job summary

Ebusco seeks a Manager Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics to lead the entire supply chain from sourcing to delivery over a global footprint including the Netherlands and China. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure continuity and continuous improvement across the international network.

You will drive supplier relationships, negotiate terms, align production planning, and organize warehouses, while optimizing costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven leadership track record in supply chain environments.
• Strong intercultural communication with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain from sourcing to logistics and delivery performance.
• Lead ~20 employees across logistics and warehousing in NL and China.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI-driven performance.
