Job summary

Teva is seeking a Strategy Development and Deployment Lead for its Global Supply Chain, to shape long‑term direction and drive disciplined execution across manufacturing, procurement, quality, finance and digital.

You'll translate strategy into actionable plans, establish an operating rhythm with LRPs, AOPs and KPI tracking, and lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives in a matrixed, international environment.

Qualifications

10+ years in pharmaceutical industry and/or management consulting.
Experience in enterprise or functional strategy in a global environment valued.
Proven ability to translate functional strategy into a cohesive narrative.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory to Head of Global Supply Chain and leadership on priorities and risks.
Develop and deploy Global Supply Chain strategy with measurable objectives.
Establish operating rhythm linking LRPs, AOPs, performance management and execution.
Track KPI performance and value realization; prepare leadership reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives across planning, logistics, digital, inventory and operations.
Identify risks, interdependencies, and drive corrective actions with functional leaders.
