Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to join the Global Spare Parts team. You will translate demand into inventory and replenishment plans, balance supply and risks, and drive improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.

You will work independently, validate signals, and partner across functions to optimize availability, obsolescence risk, and overall planning performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply and inventory planning, including safety stock and lead times.
• Experience with Demand Planning or validating forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer availability and fill rate while balancing inventory value.
• Balance demand and supply; make independent planning decisions.
• Identify root causes and drive structural improvements in planning processes.
• Coach colleagues and share planning best practices across teams.
