Job summary

Uniphar seeks a Global Sourcing Supply Chain Lead – Emerging Markets to own end-to-end supply chain, logistics, warehousing and order fulfilment for the Emerging Markets unit. You will partner with Sales, Procurement, Quality, Finance and external partners to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

The role focuses on building a scalable supply chain platform, improving visibility and execution to support growth across Africa, LATAM, MEA and APAC, with access to warehouses in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in supply chain, logistics, or operations (10+ years).
• Experience leading end-to-end order fulfilment across markets and warehouses.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory, freight, and international trade requirements.
• Experience building scalable operating models, governance, KPIs and routines.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order fulfilment process from PO to customer delivery.
• Improve delivery performance, backlog management, visibility and execution discipline.
• Lead freight and logistics management including partners, routing, service levels and cost control.
• Oversee warehousing capacity planning, stock positioning, temperature-controlled storage and inventory accuracy.
• Define and implement a scalable supply chain operating model with governance and KPIs.
• Standardise and simplify supply chain processes to reduce manual work and cycle times.
• Develop a 3-year capacity, warehousing and logistics strategy aligned with Emerging Markets growth.
• Establish a consolidated supply chain KPI dashboard covering OTIF, backlog, inventory and freight.
• Introduce targeted automation and AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Build, lead and develop the Supply Chain organisation across fulfilment and planning.
