Job summary

Uniphar | Global Sourcing is seeking a Clinical Supply Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trial supplies worldwide. The role blends project management, client communication, and operational coordination to ensure compliant execution from start to finish.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and packaging activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet regulatory and quality standards across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, supply chain or similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience in pharmaceuticals or clinical supplies.
• GMP, ICH guidelines, and EudraLex Annex 13 knowledge.
• Understanding of blinding requirements for randomized trials and regulatory application.
• Familiarity with production, labeling, and distribution regulatory standards.
• Working knowledge of inventory control through an ERP system.
• Understanding of IRT/RTSM systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client point of contact for assigned global clinical programs.
• Manage projects from enquiry to execution and close-out (IMP, sourcing, packaging, labeling, storage, distribution).
• Translate client protocols into clear operational instructions for internal stakeholders.
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Lead meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and track project timelines and mitigate delays.
• Coordinate creation, review and approval of label text and regulatory content.
• Oversee packaging design, component selection, labeling, and GMP compliance.
• Create batch records for packaging/labeling activities.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure documentation for processing, release, export/import, and distribution globally.
• Support Quality audits and collaborate on CAPAs.
• Identify and manage preferred suppliers (label, carton, shipping materials).
• Collaborate with vendors to deliver the clinical trial.
• Manage returns and destruction of used/unused product.
• Act as the un-blinded point of contact within Uniphar Clinical.
• Train and mentor staff on packaging, labeling, and distribution.
• Maintain current regulatory requirements for packaging and distribution of Investigational Medicinal Products.
• Maintain strong safety culture with training and risk mitigation.
• Ensure Right First Time (RFT) approach.
