Job summary

Uniphar - Global Sourcing is seeking a Supply Chain Lead for Emerging Markets. The role manages end-to-end supply chain, logistics, warehousing and order fulfilment across multiple markets, driving a scalable operating model and KPI governance.

You will lead a team across global networks and partner with Sales, Procurement, Quality, Finance and external logistics partners. The right candidate has 10+ years in senior supply chain roles, with track record in international distribution and complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, order fulfilment or operations leadership, ideally in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end order fulfilment across multiple markets, warehouses and partners.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management, freight forwarding and international trade.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order fulfilment process from PO placement to final delivery.
• Improve delivery performance, backlog management, visibility and execution discipline.
• Lead freight and logistics management including routing, service levels and cost control.
• Oversee warehousing with capacity planning, stock positioning and inventory accuracy.
• Define and implement a scalable supply chain operating model with KPIs and governance.
• Standardise supply chain processes to reduce manual work and提高 throughput.
• Develop a 3-year capacity, warehousing and logistics strategy aligned with growth.
• Establish a consolidated supply chain KPI dashboard (OTIF, backlog, inventory, lead times).
• Introduce automation and AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Build and develop the Supply Chain organisation across fulfilment, logistics and planning.
