Job summary

Legacy London Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead EMEA warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound logistics from the Netherlands in a hybrid role.

You will drive operational excellence, develop cross-border partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and deliver large-scale logistics projects while mentoring teams and optimizing costs. You will shape strategies, establish KPIs, and partner with commercial and planning teams to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehousing.
• Strong experience managing 3PL providers and carrier networks.
• Proven track record delivering operational improvements and cost savings.
• Experience leading complex projects and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional European language is advantageous.
• SAP and advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations across the EMEA region.
• Manage and develop relationships with 3PL providers and transport partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and service performance.
• Lead logistics tenders, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Establish and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, planning, and customer service teams.
• Deliver large-scale logistics and supply chain projects.
