Job summary

Anduril is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Global Supply Chain to accelerate European supplier development and advise growth teams. The role sits at the intersection of growth, strategic sourcing, and supply chain risk management, shaping deals before signing and building scalable infrastructure for rapid expansion in a complex regulatory environment.

You will drive European supplier networks, lead end-to-end supplier engagement, and provide expert advisory to regional partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business)
12+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement for contract manufacturing (defense/aerospace/tech)
Proven ability to negotiate complex manufacturing agreements with European suppliers
Professional fluency in English (written & spoken)
Regulatory expertise in European compliance (export controls, dual-use tech)

Responsibilities

Support European expansion by partnering with growth and corporate development teams
Shape pre-contract strategy: scope, proposals, term sheets for international captures
Provide supply chain risk input in critical decisions and monitor regulatory developments
Develop regional supplier base across diverse commodities and manage end-to-end supplier engagement
Collaborate with engineering, operations and product teams to align sourcing with product roadmaps
