Job summary

JBT Marel in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is seeking an Order Fulfilment Team Specialist to support the flow of spare parts to our global service network. You’ll act as the main contact for Regional Service Offices and ensure accurate processing of requisitions, orders, and deliveries.

In this role you’ll coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams, track performance, and contribute to continuous improvement within SAP-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, operational buying, or MRP-driven roles.
• Strong SAP knowledge or experience with similar ERP systems.
• Solid Excel skills and high computer literacy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Regional Service Offices regarding spare parts needs.
• Process requisitions, sales orders, and purchase orders with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Manage backorders, urgent requests, and delivery creation to support on-time shipments.
• Communicate proactively with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams about order status.
• Support vendor performance tracking, forecasting, and exception handling in SAP.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, process development, and departmental objective.
• Support transition business activities for global transforming project.
