Job summary

JBT Marel in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is seeking an Order Fulfilment Team Specialist to support the flow of spare parts to our global service network. You’ll act as the main contact for Regional Service Offices and ensure accurate processing of requisitions, orders, and deliveries.

In this role you’ll coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams, track performance, and contribute to continuous improvement within SAP-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, operational buying, or MRP-driven roles.
• Strong SAP knowledge or experience with similar ERP systems.
• Solid Excel skills and high computer literacy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

JBT Marel is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Order Fulfilment Team Specialist to join our Spare Parts & Global Supply Chain team in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. This is an exciting role within a fast-paced, international environment where you’ll support the efficient flow of spare parts to our global service network. What you’ll be doing

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, planning, operational buying, or MRP-driven role, manufacturing/production background is a plus.
• Strong SAP knowledge or experience with similar ERP systems.
• Understanding of MRP, inventory planning, and order management principles.Experience coordinating shipments or working with international suppliers is beneficial.
• Solid computer literacy, including strong Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
