Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Specialist, Sales Project Management EMEA based in Boxmeer, The Netherlands. You will coordinate complex projects, acting as the central hub between customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of machines and production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate successful installations of sold projects at customers worldwide.
• Act as the key intermediary between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Service, Technology, Planning and Production.
• Create, coordinate and monitor project plans, including installation budgets.
• Monitor the financial settlement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for installation technicians regarding planning, questions and deviations (from Boxmeer).
• Ensure accurate project reporting by installation technicians.
• Oversee the full project process: from quotation phase through installation, commissioning, training and handover to customers.
• Organize and coordinate required parts and tools for project execution.
• Support and guide Specialists within Sales Project Management from other regions through partnership.
• Ensure a smooth and complete transfer of the project to the Service department after completion.
