Job summary

JBT Marel in Boxmeer, the Netherlands, is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the key customer representative from first contact to fulfillment. You will engage with customers, promote services and parts, and collaborate with service colleagues to ensure an aligned, proactive approach.

The role requires excellent Dutch and English, strong relationship building, and experience with ERP/CRM systems in a global food processing leader.

Qualifications

• Excellent Dutch & English writing and speaking
• Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with customers
• Customer- and service-minded self-starter who manages time effectively
• Knowledge of customer service processes and experience in Sales/Service environment
• Experience using an ERP/CRM or field service management system
• Appreciation of commercial service and business development

Responsibilities

• Engage strongly with customers under their responsibility by proactively communicating throughout the customer journey
• Identify opportunities to promote services, spare parts, modifications, upgrades and offers in line with customer needs
• Collaborate with service colleagues to ensure an aligned approach to the customer
• Proactively drive customer satisfaction and sales of services and parts, including preparing, conveying and following up on proposals
• Collect accurate information and customer needs to ensure swift execution across technical, commercial, spare parts, complaints or general inquiries
