Job summary

Responsibilities

Engage with customers proactively throughout the journey.
Proactively promoting services, spare parts, modifications, upgrades and offers.
Collaborate with service colleagues for an aligned approach to the customer.
Drive customer satisfaction and sales of services and parts; prepare and follow up on proposals.
Collect accurate information to ensure successful fulfillment of customer needs (technical, commercial, spare parts, complaints, general enquiries).
