Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, planning, operational buying, or MRP-driven role; manufacturing/production background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for Regional Service Offices regarding spare parts needs.
• Process requisitions, sales orders, and purchase orders with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Manage backorders, urgent requests, and delivery creation to support on-time shipments.
• Communicate proactively with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams about order status.
• Support vendor performance tracking, forecasting, and exception handling in SAP.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, process development, and departmental objective.
• Support transition business activities for global transforming project.
