Wärtsilä is seeking a Delivery Coordinator in Kampen, Netherlands, for an 18-month assignment. You will coordinate end-to-end outbound spare parts deliveries globally, interfacing with freight forwarders, SAP/TMS, and customers to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

The role requires a BSc in a related field, strong knowledge of Incoterms, and experience with SAP/TMS and export documentation, plus excellent English communication in a dynamic, international team.

Competenze

• Hold a BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of Incoterms, logistics and transportation.
• Experience using SAP and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Proven experience in delivery coordination and export documentation.
• Experience with Hazardous materials delivery coordination and shipping docs.
• Strong communication and collaboration in an international environment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Coordinate outbound spare parts shipments from order readiness through to delivery.
• Work with freight forwarders to identify transport solutions for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and manage export, transport, customs, and commercial documentation.
• Ensure shipments comply with regulations and customer requirements.
• Support daily outbound operations and assist drivers; check end-of-day cargo manifests in SAP/TMS.
• Serve as a main contact for customers and stakeholders on delivery status and costs.
• Collaborate with sales, warehousing, customs, freight forwarders, and logistcs partners to resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations for occasional weekend urgent deliveries.
