Qualifications

• MBO 4 / HBO in Marine Engineering or related technical field required.
• 3-7 years hands-on experience in a technical (maritime) or field service environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process SAP documents, requisitions, orders, reports and analyses in systems like SAP, CRM and Product Dashboard.
• Identify correct spare parts numbers for non-listed or out-of-stock parts and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain aftersales documentation and instructions.
• Handle administrative, commercial and organizational processing of spare parts orders from network offices, distributors and direct customers.
• Provide back-order availability updates to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Ensure accurate pricing, delivery time, payment terms, bank guarantees, Incoterms and feasibility of orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite rush orders or complete pending orders.
• Execute pricing tasks aligned with strategic targets and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
• Assemble parts into component assemblies, provide measurement reports and participate in FAT and document results.
• Inspect received goods against technical and order specifications and assess returns.
