Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Rigids & Glass, based in Utrecht. The role leads global category strategies, coordinates with regional teams, and drives savings while ensuring sustainability.

The position is full-time and hybrid, with responsibilities spanning supplier management, contract execution, and regulatory compliance. You will influence procurement performance across regions, develop productivity pipelines, and manage major supplier relationships to secure

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record delivering best-in-class category results and lowest total cost of ownership.
• Experience in Rigids and Glass is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align global category sourcing strategies; lead execution and benefits realization.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across regions and functions to maximize value and drive improvement.
• Measure and benchmark supplier performance to ensure competitive edge.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiate and contract key global suppliers; ensure contract execution.
• Leverage global scale to build productivity pipelines; deliver against cost, cash and sustainability targets.
• Establish and maintain a portfolio of strategic agreements and key supplier relationships for long-term capacity.
• Ensure compliance to internal policies and the Combined Business Model.
