JDE Peet’s explores a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Rigids and Glass, reporting to Global Packaging Director. You’ll lead a global strategic direction for Rigids and Glass with spend up to EUR 300m, shaping category strategies and supplier relationships across regions.

This senior role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, value delivery and sustainability in a dynamic global environment. The role sits in the Global Procurement team in a hybrid setup, requiring strong leadership,

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across regions.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

Responsabilités

Develop and align global category sourcing strategies and drive benefits realization with functions and regional teams.
Build relationships with stakeholders across regions, functions and business units to maximize value.
Measure and benchmark supplier performance for competitive edge and value add.
Manage supplier selection, negotiate and contract key global suppliers and ensure execution.
Leverage global scale to build productivity pipelines under procurement targets (cost, cash, sustainability).
Establish and maintain portfolio of strategic agreements and supplier relationships for capacity and material availability.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and the Combined Business Model.
